编写团队根据用户的基本情况，量身定制采访方案。用户只需接受几次采访，向采访员讲出自己的人生故事。此后，编写团队根据采访录音，整理撰写，加工润色，写出高质量的原创回忆录。从完成采访，到拿到样书，最快只需40天左右的时间。

1.回忆录下单及支付：查看并选择符合自己需求的套餐和个性化选配服务，并通过App进行付款。
2.查询订单动态：所有订单均可在App内查看并实时查看订单进度，同时可发起退款等售后服务。
3.上传开篇图片集照片：可通过App上传开篇图片集照片，用于回忆录开篇图片集制作。
4.填写家谱：通过App家谱工具填写家谱，实时预览家谱效果。
5.审核大纲：通过App审核回忆录大纲，可反馈大纲错误点及遗漏点。
6.审核初稿：通过App审核回忆录初稿，实时反馈初稿错误点，同时支持通过语音朗读全文。
7.正文插入图片：通过App可在回忆录正文任意章节插入图片。
8.查看物流进度：查询回忆录物流轨迹。
