本アプリはフライス盤・マシニングセンタ向け機械加工の切削条件の計算機（プログラム）です。前作「切削回転送り」の改良版になります。機能アップした箇所はインターフェイス周りの改良、計算結果が１００件まで保存可能になった（フリー版では５件まで）こと、記録詳細データの編集機能の追加。切削速度の目安表を搭載しました。ドリル加工にも対応しました。ほとんどの場合マシニングセンタ１台分のツールマガジン分をカバーできます。
