智辅医院后勤管理系统即医院后勤业务工作系统院方端，简称医辅院方，帮助医辅服务公司实现医院第三方服务管理工作的数字化、移动化和智能化。进行有效的运行、运营、管理和调度，大大提高工作的效率、监管和可回溯性、可分析性。
当前已经开通的产品包括：中央运送、生活护理、食堂餐饮、机电维修、安保护卫、医废管理和保洁服务等，以及医院专用院内沟通微博（院议）。公共功能包括护士排班、公共考勤组。
系统通过蓝牙、RFID、语音、自动调度、PSA积分管理和智能设备等效率手段，简化工作提升效率，提高业务产出和医、辅、用户之间的效率。
