Chinese only, slow to load

It has nice movies for free, but otherwise it is not usable by foreigner without China SIM number. WiFi doesn’t work without it (can only use it within the app, can’t use WeChat, Baidu, etc).

Also it keeps tracking my location non-stop (as opposed to when only necessary) so it drains my batteries very quickly. Without the electricity socket in the train my phone wouldn’t last a trip from jinan to Shanghai. Had to turn the location tracking off, and finally the whole WiFi off.

So slow

G6166，so slow WIFI speed, even cannot load any media!! Delete it in 2 or 3 minutes

Unreasonably complicated

It’s almost impossible to use as a foreigner..

Why do you make it so hard to log in on iPhones but so easy on laptops and Huawei phones? On those you don’t have to install an app, it’s all done via the welcome page with no fuss.

Note that it’s not even possible for foreigners to install your app from the welcome page because the (non-China?) App Store is not accessible.

Also a very basic problem: both the welcome page and the app are 100% in Chinese which is unreadable to almost all foreigners.

I get the feeling nobody even thought of tourists and other foreign visitors when they designed this system, and I get the feeling Apple users were discriminated against.
