■在留カードとは
在留カードは、新規の上陸許可、在留資格の変更許可や在留期間の更新許可など在留資格に係る許可の結果として日本に中長期間在留する方に交付されます。
■特別永住者証明書とは
特別永住者証明書は、特別永住者の法的地位等を証明するものとして交付されるもので、氏名、生年月日、性別、国籍・地域、住居地、有効期間の満了日などの情報が記載されています。

This is a gross violation of privacy, and gives everyone worldwide the tools to access information of foreign residents in Japan despite Immigration officials and police being the ones who are the only group legally allowed to collect this information.
Delete this immediately.
This should not be available to the general public.
It is illegal under Japanese law to ask for a residency card unless you are an official in the performance of duties (say city office clerks) or a BADGED police officer. There is absolutely no good reason this should be publicly available.
