This app force you to register their web money account
All the shopping carts were locked, unless you use this app to unlock it.(this never happens before in any supermarket). You also have to use their so called duodian wallet to check out, other payment method like Alipay and Wechat were blocked by their self-check out counter. Shopping in supermarket used to be a convenient method to getting groceries until this app shows up.
订货付款后 没有收到货。客服很差，不问他们为什么没送，回来问我问题
this is the worst ecommerce service。 I paid, my address correct. No delivery. Called customer service after wasting time to find the number, they called back and ask me questions without asking why their people failed to deliver. 总没有见过这样差的服务 “多点生鲜电商” App里收了钱 没有收到货 没有任何反馈。App没有客服。好不容易找到客服电话 打过去，过一天一个客服经理回电，没解决问题原因，又问我问题。
