Room for improvement, lots
1. Server cannot handle the traffic load at peaks. I could not track the bus 8 out of 10 time, which makes the app useless and adding to stress when you need to know. Smart watch is a much better alternative. 2. User interface not well defined. No data on historical departure and arrival time. Once the drop-off is done, no info on when kids arrived can be found on the app. A simple look up table with 4 columns each day can do the job.
3. English translation needs to be reviewed and corrected.
