its just fine
If you are just shopping. But when you are in the profile interface, I can barely edit any information. I've tried almost everything but nothing works. Although it doesn't affect my shopping experience otherwise, it's really annoying to encounter this kind of thing.😕😕
Disappointing
Many very basic functions are missing. No alerts when something becomes available (in the app!) for ex., which most of the time it is not but only in the physical shop. No idea what the point is???
They have to step up their game in China otherwise they may become another Carrefour…
Revolving door and broken promises.
I have been waiting for months for an update on the restocking of certain items, but nothing.
They promise a one-hour delivery but then don’t make good on this - if there are no available drivers, DON’T make the promise.
I have received goods as late as 11:15pm and the only recompense was the equivalent of a $2 (15RMB) off coupon.
