川盛冷鏈cold express主要目的是在整個物流過程中保持產品質量與安全，減少損耗，並確保商品到達最終消費者時仍保持最佳狀態，針對冷鏈物流設計的應用程式，加強供應鏈的透明度與協作。
透過物流APP，用戶可以送出代用配送需求、追蹤配送進度，讓物流流程更智能化與數位化，滿足多樣化的配送需求，提供更佳的用戶體驗。
提供管理者可以即時查詢配送任務、司機回報狀況、方便追蹤配送任務進度及掌握車輛衛星定位資訊，透過APP優化物流運營管理，提升運輸效率，紀錄更方便準確，訊息更即時透明化。
司機可以透過APP接收每日每趟任務路線，查看各配送點任務內容，並回報任務配送結果、上傳照片、車輛狀況，及箱籃資材回收出入數，及時接收推撥通知，訊息不遺漏。
備註:
- 此 App 不用收取任何費用，帳號申請核發通過即可使用 App 內所有服務與功能。
- 車輛的衛星定位資訊是由第三方所提供，而非此 App 所提供。
