Version 1.9.7
1、新增管理人员答题模块，并纳入学习任务，可在【学习】-【学习计划】内可查看任务及答题完成情况（每月至少答对200题视为完成，可多答）。
2、新增红旗班组答题模块（具体答题规则待定，暂不实施）。
3、修复前期答题规则调整后一些报表查询逻辑不匹配问题。
4、修复点巡检列表“停机”状态显示为“正常”问题。
5、取消点巡检提交时的强制校验，实现点巡检设备内的每个项目可不用全部填报也可提交。
6、修复通用工种任务完成逻辑与管理要求实际不符问题。
