毛衫、服装及相关产业链上下游从业人员及周边服务配套从业人员地域分布广，产业圈需求信息与紧俏供应信息不畅，常导致采购商在找货过程中费时又费力、雇主招工人、招加工过程中“一将难求”，供应商无法及时找到有效客户等问题。传统的“商圈”在“检索”有效信息时往往显得无能为力，挨家挨户打听不仅麻烦、即时性差，容易让人反感，并且不能实时形成真实的产业链数据。因此本系统的目的就是要为毛衫、服装及相关产业链上下游从业人员及周边服务配套从业人员解决信息不畅、沟通不及时的问题。
