遊び方は基本放置。
たべものを仕掛けて、おばさん(おば友)を待つだけ。
あなたのミッションは、総勢48名のおばさんによる『BBA48』を完成させること。
さあ、ババアだらけの四畳半の世界へ飛び込もう！

・缶拾いのアルバイトでお金を稼ぐ。
・たべものを買って、部屋を片付けて、たべものを仕掛けて、おばさんが遊びに来るのを待つだけ。
・放置し過ぎると、ゴミ屋敷になるからご注意を！
・おばさんが遊びに来たらおば友になろう！
・合計48名のおばさんがいるよ。すべて集めてBBA48を完成できるかな？
ちょっとだけ世話を焼く、半分放置ゲームです。
