為民服務再升級 地政服務報你知
為達成「以科技提升民眾生活品質，以多元管道提供便民服務」的目標，自105年起將「地政e手查」全面改版推出「桃園市地政e管家
行動應用服務，提供包含「案件辦理情形查詢」、「第一次登記公告查詢」、「新舊地建號查詢」及「地價查詢」等線上查詢服務，，並創新建置會員專屬服務，進階提供會員更有效率之地政服務。
108年新增多元資訊服務及數雲端整合分析功能，提供民眾更便捷服務：
1、主動推播地政業務宣導資訊，提供推播多媒體資訊功能。
2、提供桃園市各地所周遭的停車資訊及 Youbike 場站等多元資訊服務，並以 google map 的建議路徑到達所在停車及Youbike 場站位置資訊。
3、整合本市各地政事務所櫃檯服務資訊，提供每日、每週、
每月等候人數數據分析資料，便利民眾擇最適時段或地所
辦理地政業務。
4、修正推播服務。
5、行動應用軟體穩定性修正。
