Description
以APP的方式访问企业档案系统(app登录页面指向的服务地址对应一个可以在电脑浏览器上访问的档案系统)。首先企业里,系统管理员在系统中会给所有员工创建账号，在企业内部通讯录中分发给每个人。员工通过分配的系统账号登录app,通过目录和全文检索，查到想要查阅的电子信息后发起借阅会形成借阅申请。企业的管理人员在登录app后，可以在待办信息中看所有的申请单,进而做出审批。这样企业通过app可以在移动端完成档案系统的借阅和审批的日常工作
