1.无障碍设施查询
通过本平台查找指定地点，即可获取该区域或地点的无障碍设施详细情况及周边无障碍设施分布情况，例如地铁站、机场、火车站、汽车站、购物中心、政务服务中心等地点的无障碍设施。
2. 轮椅导航
用户输入目的地后，可提供轮椅无障碍路径规划、无障碍线路预览、 实时无障碍导航等功能，充分发挥已建成无障碍设施作用，为残障人士提供便利出行服务。
3. 周边功能
使用者输入指定地点即可查询该区域或地点周边的无障碍设施详细情况及位置分布。
4.语音导航
为方便部分视障人士使用本平台，提供语音导航功能，用户可通过点击界面播放按钮，即可自动进入语音导航模式。
5.随手拍
为鼓励广大市民共同为数字化无障碍环境建设贡献力量，本平台提供随手拍功能，方便用户分享自己身边发现的无障碍设施，从而让更多的残障人士从中获益。
