沃客松工作管理係為針對外派人員產業設計的工作流程管理系統，通過沃客松管理人員外派在客戶現場的記錄與蒐集的數據，可讓外派現場的人員以打卡、拍照、錄影與錄音的方式記錄。特點如下：
1.Web端派單管理、手機端記錄：管理後勤人員透過後台以行事曆方式進行工單管理，現場服務人員透過手機端進行服務，讓管理無死角，適用於需將人員外派至客戶現場的產業。
2.手機端支援離線作業：現場服務會遇到許多狀況，無網路則是常常發生的狀況之一，沃客松支援可離線作業，到達現場打卡後，即可離線執行文字記錄、拍照等動作，待恢復網路後再切換至正常上網模式，立即上傳數據，適用各種場地。
