傳統園林的湖石造型獨特，千奇百怪，令人產生無限聯想：
凝固的海浪、白雲、各種動植物、甚至山水清音……
這些都成為文學、繪畫等的創作靈感。
「湖石奇想」是由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，
設計及文化研究工作室主辦，
「賽馬會『看得見的記憶』藝術教育計劃」開發的
互動應用程式，期望公衆以輕鬆有趣的方式，
體會自然如何引發人們想像，創作出獨一無二的作品。
本計劃期望將數碼技術演繹成開啟文化、歷史和想像的鑰匙，
讓觀眾以有趣的方式，解開建築、園林和生活空間的文化密碼，
提高大眾探索文化藝術的興趣。
