巨匠狀元奇機專用，提供購買狀元奇機的會員，透過手機的拍照功能，將學校考卷不會的題目直接拍照，上傳到課後輔導問題回覆系統，會由專屬的老師為您解答。您可以在狀元機裏「網路發問/我的問題回覆」與狀元升學網「網路發問/問題記錄」觀看老師的解題回覆。

Q1：安裝後一直強制關機或某些畫面看不見，怎麼辦？
Ans：
(1)請您確認所安裝的版本是否為最新版本。
(2)請重新開機後再執行軟體。
(3)請移除軟體再重新安裝。
(4)如果還是有問題，請聯絡我們(wincenter@pcschool.com.tw)，並列出「您手機或平板的型號及系統版本」；以及詳述在哪個頁面發生問題（最好能擷取問題畫面）；我們將盡速尋找解決方法。
