行政長官會同行政會議批准市區、新界、大嶼山的士調整收費，落旗加3元，每次跳錶加1角至2角，7月17日生效。
調整後，市區的士落旗收費27元、新界的士23.5元、大嶼山的士22元。
以首段車程計，市區的士每跳1.9元，新界和大嶼山的士1.7元；以後段車程計，市區和新界的士每跳1.3元，大嶼山的士1.5元。等候時間收費會因落旗後跳錶收費提高而相應調整，其他附加收費維持不變。
市區、新界和大嶼山的士平均加幅分別為11.54%、13.02%、13.83%。
