上级部门可以通过网格一键发布通告，更快捷、精准地将信息传达到每家每户；群众可以一键发布诉求、举报、建议、提供治安线索等。利用网格优势实现管理部门与百姓的零距离交流，更快更好地了解民意、体察民情、化解民忧。
二、社区服务
APP功能突出了老百姓与社区及政府之间的温暖度，让老百姓能够与村居委会、社区民警的零距离交流，免费的心理咨询、健康咨询、律师服务、志愿服务等，真正把社会服务和关心送到每个老百姓的身边，让居民从社会治理中拥有获得感、幸福感。
三、邻里交流，互动分享
居民可以实现邻里实时互动，分享生活趣事，交流经验心得，共同营造温暖、有趣的邻里社区氛围，共建幸福美好的邻里社区。
