The App is incredibly SLOW because of all the ads and animations that are unnecessary and irrelevant to most people using. Just WAYYY TOO MUCH stuff on your app that make it incredibly slow and doesn’t load when the internet is even just a little bit bad. Not at all good user experience..

There exists the behavior of squeezing the market. The Meituan food delivery platform, through the information gap of the platform software, deliberately shows different prices on the user end, merchant end and rider end respectively to obtain the profit from the price difference. It acquires passenger flow through various paid publicity methods on the platform to squeeze the profits of merchants, resulting in merchants being forced to seek low-cost catering processing ingredients, which causes potential food safety hazards or forces some potential high-quality merchants to withdraw from the market. It squeezes the profit of meal delivery for riders. Riders, in order to seek higher income, have to increase traffic safety risks to save time costs. Among them, riders and the software platform only have commercial cooperation rather than labor relations, which is an intentional avoidance of labor relation risks. This platform no longer conforms to any law of social development.

This app is ABSOLUTELY a standard model of how a big company could do evil and damage to the society while making profits to the bank.

It makes the person with a MEMBERSHIP (yes you have to buy the membership with money) pay a higher price(which they don’t realise if they’re not paying attention individually) than a new comer with no MEMBERSHIP.

How do they do that?

Well they won’t show the price differently (or even sometimes they do but as an individual you can only see the price on your screen.)

They give the ones with no membership More Discounts so they pay less without a membership.

It seems wise but it’s EVIL.

and you have to a much higher price for the same things you bought three days ago because they know you are the type of person who wants those thing you bought previously!

It’s a shame it’s a Chinese company.

They won’t deliver anything to me during hard times of Covid and I have to use another app for delivery. Customer service was greatly delayed during these days. Here I delete this app and advice you to do the same and not download it if you haven’t.
