The courses in this app are usually mandatory for Chinese university students, and I am really disappointed about how courses are delivered in this way. The course materials may be helpful however not attractive, but that’s ok. The worst thing of all is that, in order to make sure the students don’t “cheat” (which is playing the videos while not watching or doing other stuffs) the video automatically stops playing if you switch to another page, you are also not allowed to skip parts of the video if you want to. The app is making the learning process painful IMO. Luckily our school is great and tells us it’s ok if we don’t want to finish this course. But for other schools it might be a nightmare. Students may end up playing the videos on the phone, reducing their study efficiency while also wasting phone battery life. This is not how education should be delivered!

When taking tests，I can only take photos using camera，but cannot upload photos from my device，though it asks for rights to view my photos. And you could not finish the task until time is up, just a wate of time for me.
What‘s more I cannot download the files in the app to my ipad from the app
terrible user experience！！！

It is sort of stupid and embarrassed to look at the face of yourself when sitting in a test during that time. Moreover, omnipresent, quasi-coercive applications of facial recognition is not only intrusive but a flagrant abuse of individuals' privacy, jeopardizing biometric data provided database leak, also arousing a question whether the data are sold for commercial purposes.
