“鄂企聚航”综合服务平台以湖北企业“走出去”过程中的实际需求为切入点，以“银、政、企对接交流”等模式创新为驱动力，整合多方资源，面向国内外政府、企业和各类权威机构，为其提供信息资讯、金融产品、项目对接、业务审批等专业服务。帮助湖北省企业解决“走出去”过程中遇到的各类问题；依托“电子商务中心”数据分析能力为湖北省商务主管部门提供相关统计分析数据；推动湖北省政府“一带一路”倡议及“走出去”战略的实施。平台将最终实现“为企业‘走出去’定向导航，为‘走出去‘企业保驾护航”的总体目标。整合发布湖北省对外投资政策、目标国经济和投资动态、国别投资指南、统计数据、分析报告、风险预警、案例分析、投资项目、投资促进活动、全球法规和行业标准、商务和旅行服务等信息，为国内企业提供对外投资相关的基础性信息。
