Been a Mint user until they decided to kill the app. This app is absolutely a life saver for me. Has all the functions I need, and is a easy way for me to keep track of my spendings and accounts manually. I really like the analysis function, allowing me to see the grand scheme of how broke I am. Great app!
Good App with Room for Improvement
I have been using this app for some time and overall, I must say, it's a well-designed app.
However, I've been facing numerous bugs which, unfortunately, have hampered my experience. These glitches have become a hindrance and are affecting the app's overall functionality.
What's more concerning is the lack of response from the support team. I've reported these issues for 2 months, but no any response. Prompt and efficient customer service is crucial in ensuring user satisfaction, and I hope to see improvements in this area.
Despite these issues, I believe in the potential of this app. I hope the team takes note of these concerns and works towards enhancing the app's stability and support response time. I look forward to seeing these changes.
Best bookkeeping app I’ve used
I’ve used more than 5 bookkeeping apps, this is my final decision and best. It can fulfill all my requirements including multiple platforms. Love it.
