阜南宝APP以县级融媒体中心为主体，乡镇、部门宣传管理业务为支撑，建设集“媒体+政务服务商务”于一体的具有影响力的、“好看、好用、好玩”的客户端综合服务平台。积极构建“电视、广播、网站、客户端、新媒体”融合互动的媒体宣传格局，阜南宝APP按照分级管理、资源共享、融合传播的原则，建立阜南县融媒体中心与各部门、乡镇联动机制，在内容共享，交互传播，重大报道统筹调度，渠道共享等方面全面建设，同时推动县级融媒体中心功能向对外宣传、记者管理、新闻发布和大型活动策划与运营领域延伸。推动全县范围内台、网、端、微内容数据共享、媒体资源统筹和业务无缝衔接，变不同单位之间的各自为战为全县一张网的媒体矩阵。加强融媒问政，建立县乡一体化的非紧急救助受理转办机制，负责受理群众求助、问题反应和在线服务等工作。探索服务群众、舆论引导、监督督查、舆情化解四位一体的综合服务模式。以服务中心为主体，逐步实现各类政务服务平台的连接与融合，形成上下联动、层级清晰、覆盖城乡的政务服务体系。
