「非華語幼兒語文能力評估」手機應用程式配合「香港學前非華語學生中文學習進程架構」發展，主要功能包括：
- 可在真實的學習環境，即時記錄幼兒在聆聽、説話、閱讀、書寫不同範疇所達到的階段；
- 提供相片、影片上載以及文字描述等功能，記錄幼兒真實表現；
- 可在後台管理系統随時查閱評估記錄，掌握幼兒學習進展；
