If there was “0”star I’d give it to this app, absolutely useless, there’s nothing you can do about this app. I bought a ticket from this Company and it’s not showing in app, you can’t even edit your info.
最垃圾的航空公司
这家公司没有免费托运行李额，发现订错票后马上打客服电话，找各种理由不给退款，无奈最后重新买了其他大航空公司的票。这种小航空公司起了个高大上的名字，实际上却是各种坑顾客，没有担当。Worst airline I ever dealt with! Never purchase one single ticket from this company again!
是真难用啊
但凡不是国企、这个 app 开发部门、哪怕外包出去、这个 app 的负责部门都得绩效差的一批
