So, I don’t normally spend money on apps. However, this is a fun game and I just got a new job. I’ve spent around 40 ish dollars. The 30 day resource pack doesn’t give me all of my rewards though. So I took pictures for evidence and send a message to support. Twice. No response for a week now. I’ll give it a few more days before I do a charge back. 18 dollars isn’t a lot, but it’s the fact that they won’t get back to me with an explanation combined with disappointment that this will probably ruin my experience with a really fun game. If they fix this, I’ll update my review.

Although the game is cute visually, you can only complete one or two orders at a time and it literally takes days to get enough stars to upgrade. It is obvious that the game is meant to make money because there are items that take days or weeks to make. Also, you are forced to play the side games to create items in the main game. It honestly could be a good game, but they’ve made it boring and difficult. At a certain point you just get to make an item a day and that’s pretty much it. I’d just download another merge game instead. Other games have machines that take an hour MAX to recharge. Hope they improve it and these are just the early versions :,( Update: I rechecked the app a few months after I had forgotten about it. They started giving more orders so I thought I’d play again, but I was reminded of how crappy it is in like a week. First of all, I have two orders currently that are almost identical with high level items. One is worth 4 stars and the other (which is more difficult) is worth 1. They really just want you to pay for the ridiculously priced packages to be able to make it through the game without ripping your hair out.

P.S. STOP GIVING ME 2-3 LEVEL 11 CAKES AT A TIME OMG ITS LITERALLY LIKE YOU WANT THE GAME TO BE UNPLAYABLE. WHY ARE YOU GIVING ITEMS THAT TAKE THE LONGEST GO MAKE. OMGGGG IM GONNA CRASH OUT 🍅🍅🍅

It’s fine for a while, but it gets annoying (if not nearly unplayable) very fast. The first major issue is that if you go to watch an ad for the daily free items, it crashes the game 9/10 times and you have to start the 30-45 second ad all over. I am also very annoyed that the price of supply boxes goes up each time you buy them, seemingly without a cap. One of the supply boxes that I need frequently is now at 875 coins and STILL increasing in price each time I buy it, yet it doesn’t even give me anything good when I open it. I wish there was a way to refresh the orders because without the supply boxes, you can’t complete certain orders, yet it takes forever to obtain that many coins without paying for them. I’m at level 34 now, and I pretty much can only play the game once or twice a day because of the energy regeneration time. It takes 2 minutes just to regenerate ONE energy point, so 3 whole hours to get back to full energy. And you need well over 100 items to fulfill any order after level 15, so you’ll be stuck spending 90% or more of time you could be playing just waiting—unless you want to fork over the money for packs, which I don’t.
