I have been a young babysitter for about three years now. I always love working with kids and Babysitting within my community and family members. Then I wanted to get more serious about babysitting and babysit other peoples children so I said to you Bambino, but then I also recently just found this app and it works really well and I hope to get more kiddos to look after. First off, I think this app could be great. The concept is new and fresh and you get access to more babysitters than you would on the other standard sits like Care or Sittercity. I love the fact that you can zoom in and out of an area and search the sitters who live in that area.

My two biggest problems with the app. One being an inconvenience and the other may cause me to stop using the app entirely.

#1 There isn’t a way to show recent logins or new members. You can see when someone joined and the last time they logged in, but I would like to be able to search for either new members or sitters who recently logged in. That way I’m not getting profiles who haven’t been on the app for six months.

#2 Way too buggy. After using the app for a period of time, seems like 5 minutes, the app just closes. No error, no indication what occurred. It just shuts down and whatever search you had going you have to do it all over again which is extremely frustrating. I have a new iPhone 13 on the latest build so the issue isn’t my device. I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Process of elimination. Again, I think this app is amazing but it needs to work and needs to work consistently for users.

Setting up my profile on Babysits was super easy! The app has a simple layout, and everything is easy to find. I like that I can set my own availability and customize my profile to highlight my experience. The verification process is straightforward, and the search filters make it easy to find the right jobs. So far, it’s been a smooth experience!
