New UI looks nice, BUT unusable :(

Biggest complaints:
1. Map loading is slow (fixed)
2. Can’t search for or add bike stations (partially fixed, still can’t manually search for bike stations)

A big bummer - locked out of riding bikes.

1. The app would not let us buy tickets so we had to open up the browser to add them.

2. It’s fine being a foreigner and having to translate and do trial and error but if you let us set the language and don’t translate hardly anything. It’s a bit pointless of a setting.

3. We cannot add payment methods in the app because we don’t have a resident number. Further more, we parked our bikes on time but it’s saying I owe another 1,500 won because I did overtime. This would be fine but I can’t pay the extra cause I don’t have a resident number. So I’m currently locked out of using the service.

Only for locals

If you do not read and understand Korean do not use this app. They can’t even bother to translate their payment screens, much less the rest of it. Even if you translate every screen, you’ll be stuck without a local number.

Also don’t prepay for a pass on their website either. It’ll be unusable is you accrue overage fees. Honestly the existence of these is reason enough never to use it. What a garbage user experience.
