-센디 서비스는 전국 언제 어디서나 가능합니다.
다만 고객센터 상담시간이 월~토, 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시로 정해져 있기 때문에 그 외 시간에는 상담이 불가하여 미리 운송예약하시는 것을 추천드립니다.

Q. 정기 화물/용달이 필요합니다. 기업고객은 어떻게 해야하죠?
- 기업고객도 걱정 마세요. 센디 이용 시 자체 물류차량 운영대비 20%의 경비 절감 효과가 있습니다. 앱 내 B2B 견적 신청을 해주시면 센디 기업 물류 담당자가 빠른 상담을 도와 드리겠습니다.
Q. 어떤 차량을 신청해야 하는지 모르겠어요.

Decent moving app
There is no function to cancel or edit orders after completion or even half way through. I had to redo the application three times, and restart multiple times through each submitted application. Partially my on fault, but a simple back button would do wonders for this app.
If visit permit is needed, this app may not help.
This app’s driver can cancel a reservation even one day before the moving day. The app will replace with another driver. But if the app tells you a cancellation at 16:30, it’s challenging to make a new visit permit because the regular office where I visit closes at 17:00. Also, some freelance driver doesn’t bring a registration card or a driver's license. If mine was moving to a new home, I don’t mind it. But if you need to visit some security facilities, it may cause a headache.
