I had an awful experience with this app. I purchased a ticket through them, and shortly after, I received a text saying my booking was “pending” and that I needed to call them. When I called, the representative (Kairo Denis from Farehutz) told me I had to pay extra fees. If I didn’t want to pay, they offered to rebook me on Spirit Airlines, even though I specifically booked American Airlines.

I have a service dog and only fly American Airlines, so this wasn’t an option for me. To make matters worse, they said I would have to pay a fee to cancel or refund my ticket! This is clearly a scam. Luckily, the charge hasn’t been deducted from my account yet, but I took precautions by canceling my debit card and reporting this to my bank as a scam.

Avoid this app at all costs. It’s a complete waste of time and money, and you’ll likely end up dealing with fraud. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS SERVICE!

I used this app and after 24 hours had not received a confirmation. Initially you’re told that the process should be confirmed within 4 hours. I would not recommend this app and I would advise extreme caution to those who choose to do so. To their credit they have not deducted money from my account, so I’m going to resist (for now) calling it a scam. But I’m very disappointed with process and subsequent delays.

If I’ve acted too soon and they eventually provide the service I requested, then I will return to write an update.

I booked a flight ticket and received an email that everything was confirmed. The next day the company called me and claimed that my credit card was declined even though I see the charge and that I have to change the dates because the price has changed!!!!! And you need to add $300 to them!!!! Do not be tempted by the cheap price in the app - it will not be the final price, they will call to ask for another charge!!! cheaters
