I’m an avid gamer, playing on multiple consoles and PCs for 25+ years now. This is the ONLY mobile game I play.While there is “similar” mobile RPG’s with base building mechanics, they pale in comparison to what the developers have created here. Even something as big as clash of clans, I maybe played that for 10 hours altogether before getting bored, even with revisiting and giving that game multiple second chances over the years.However, I have put HUNDREDS of hours into Foundation: Galactic Frontier. Even now being an adult that has less and less time to put towards gaming. FGF makes it super accessible and engaging to get your daily challenges in and further progress your fleet. I still find myself on my busiest of days, whether it be a crazy work week or visiting another country on vacation, I’m still able to login for 30 minutes or so to participate with my friends and fellow players. The universe is awesome, aesthetics are uniquely cool, combat is layered, and online play is extremely impressive. Maybe I’m getting old (I’m only 27 hahaha) but I was shocked by how this mobile game can handle ginormous battles that sometimes consist of hundreds of ships from REAL people playing all over the world. I mean, I’ve played games on my XBOX Series X and PS5 that struggled to do that.Give this one a shot, you won’t regret it.

This game is a PC only game that these guys are trying to push as mobil game which also requires you to download Discord chat app to live chat guild orders and directions during all events.. unless you are on a PC the game lags, freezes bad, your ships randomly vanish or wont engage targets or fly off to targets 1hr 30min away and no place is that far away it does this manually or on auto during all PVP/GVG/SVS events (which fighting other players, guilds and servers is all this game is about.. no aliens just a few bugs and other real players who relentlessly attack for glory points which Devs neglect to say in their ads or in app store ), its so bad its almost unplayable most times and NOT enjoyable at all. in-game chat is worthless to use while doing events it takes you to a screen where you no longer see play field at all, you cannot exit or change screens from your main fleet screen when the stupid “ congrats to so and so for this achievement” who cares banner comes across the screen which is every few minutes. Oh cannot forget about the bullies who whine to Devs cause you say something to that person about bullying and you get muted and threatened by Devs (yes I said threatened) ( have screen shot to prove it) to be muted longer, they made the policy about bullies but allow it to continue server wide cause those people pay your bills, right Devs? Just a total waste of time and effort to download and play this game. AVOID IT OR DON’T really don’t care but I am trying to save you from this garbage game thrown together with off brand dollar store band-aid’s and elmer’s glue and Dev’s who don’t care unless your buying their licenses to use in game stuff.

Why did they work so hard to disguise what their game is? Clearly a lot of work went into this—despite there being no actual game design.Once you get past the early stuff, it’s just a reskin of State of Lords of War of Battle of Clans of Survival of Evony. As with all of these “strategy games” the “strategy” is 70% how much money you spend, 25% how many hours/day you can be online for your guild, and 5% just not being too stupid. As with all of these games, there is one minor twist on the same gameplay that’s otherwise barely changed since Evony decades ago—in this case, it appears to be that you fly a ship around instead of using city teleporters. I can’t imagine that makes much of a difference to the actual gameplay. And the “combat” part of the game is, as always, a little different, in ways that cease to matter once the “auto” button is enabled and you have no reason to ever play it out again (which happens amazingly fast in this one).I suppose it’s also a licensed game. But other than a few background names and the like, there seems to be nothing to do with the novel series (or the loose adaptation on tv) at all. It’s just generic space opera.

I try many games and always hit the wall with the forced ads, the garbage graphics and having alliances activities shoved in your face. This game is not like that, the graphics are top notch, story is quality like a Marvel series, and there’s plenty of individual battles to do along with the main story. You feel like you can actually play your way, and don’t have to follow a script. You don’t have to pay to play and can still have an incredible time. I highly recommend. You can build in your ship, develop a fleet, mine, gather stuff from space and improve your fighting heroes. It’s amazing. Just hoping they’ll grant more neat colour schemes for ships to make yours stand out from the rest. Great job devs 🫶🏻
