This is a neat app, but it doesn’t seem to be designed for the latest technology. I mean you still have to put your user name and password every time you open the app. It won’t use the Face ID, or thumbprint on my previous phone or iPad either. The videos won’t record you watching them either. Gigantic waste of my time. I was told that this works best with PC and internet explorer and chrome browsers. Really?? In today’s time with as many or more people having Apple or Mac products! Smh!!

This app helped me tremendously. My employer brought this company in to be our wellness provider. We had to complete 3 basic steps.. blood work take a health survey and review the results with a coach. I learned allot about my health Witch I shared with my doctor. I learned that I have high blood pressure and am pre diabetic. I now have my blood pressure under control and am working to reduce my diabetes risk. This app is a great way to mange my health and store my health information.

Some of the buttons don’t work properly. Clicking on a button doesn’t always take you to its designated page. It is also impossible to get back to home page once you’ve clicked into one of the buttons. There seems to be three dashes lines that normally indicates a drop-down menu, but that keeps disappearing. The headline/title of the app keeps moving around and getting in the way when you try to fill information.

I was able to pull up my screening results at my last doctor appointment and I can check my step total each day so I can check where I fall in my company’s leaderboard.
