CounterUps Lite is a simple, focused push-up counter built for daily habits.
HOW TO USE
1. Tap "Start" to begin a session
2. Count your reps using any of the three modes below
3. Tap "End" when done — your progress is saved automatically
THREE COUNTING MODES
• Proximity Sensor — place your phone face-down under your chest. Every time you lower toward the floor, the sensor counts one rep. Hands-free and fast.
• Depth Camera — place your phone face-up on the floor beneath your face. The TrueDepth camera detects each rep automatically (iPhone X and later).
• Manual Tap — tap the large counter ring each time you complete a rep. Works on any iPhone.
