A comedic absurdist machine where three narrow voices answer at once, drift strangely, and occasionally haunt their own lanes.
The Narrows is a comedic absurdist three-lane conversation game. Say one thing, and three narrow voices answer at once.
You are Wide. They are Narrows.
Send a thought, question, joke, prompt, or tiny crisis into the lanes and watch each Narrow respond in its own strange way. On iPad, all three lanes sit side by side. On iPhone, swipe between the three Narrows with the page dots at the bottom.
You can spin new characters into any lane, mute parts of the conversation, compress replies smaller, expand them longer, read them aloud, and share the best lines that escape.
The funny part is what happens between characters.
A lane might start as a lighthouse keeper, become a bee farmer, and still carry a little ocean mist in its memory. The Narrows calls this a haunting: a leftover trace from who a lane used to be.

The Narrows is not a normal assistant. It is a small local stage for parallel nonsense, strange characters, creative sparks, and tiny theatrical accidents.
Everything runs on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models and Image Playground. No conversations are sent to servers. No accounts. No tracking. No analytics. No ads. No subscriptions.
One thought goes in.
