No rush

They do their job at the end, but they also like to take their sweet time before actually coming getting you..

Only Option is to Pay with Cash

I’ve tried to add a credit card to my wallet in the app to pay for the taxi service. My credit card is from the US. There is a drop down to choose your country, but every time I select USA, the app automatically reverts back to UK. Thus, my only option is to pay with cash, which is not a modern method.

Unprofessional Company and Service

Taxi driver kept missing pickup so the wait time that was originally supposed to be 5 minutes become more than 40. Kept calling the support to cancel the ride but they said they would charge me either way. After 45 minutes passed they cancelled the ride themselves and did not refund the money. Scam of a business
