Audio track lost and loss of res

Couple of issues with this software:(1) The audio is not preserved. I merged two videos with surround and the resulting file lost the 5.1 and it created a stereo version.(2) If you give it a ‘non-standard’ aspect. It will not preserve it. I merged two videos that were 720x464 and it created a 640x480 losing resolution and creating black bars top and bottom. The only alternative was to create a 1080 version but the process required re-encoding so it too a long time and the resulting file was 3 times more than the other two added together.In other words, this does not stitch the moves together untouch as I had hoped.I’m giving it 2 starts instead of 1 because it is free.

Dear friend, sorry for the trouble. We will optimize our design to make it more clear. As to the two problems you've mentioned, we will tell you how to avoid them:1) 5.1 channels can be preserved. Go to Settings - Audio Settings - Channels. You can choose 1 channel mono, 2 channels stereo or 5.1 channels as you like. 2) 720*464 is not standard resolution, you can choose 720*480 which is the most similar. Then use the crop function to crop off black edges. We will improved our product and provide you more humanized software.Thank you for your advise!

Does not support drag & drop of videos onto the app icon. Asks "Are you sure you want to quit?" (TWICE!) when you quit, with buttons labeled "Yes" and "No", violating Apple design standards since 1984. Exports two files when I only want one. Generally looks like a crummy Java port of some Windows app, rather than a Mac app. Doesn't let me pick the output resolution I want (my source image is square, so I want the output to be square too, but there are no square choices).Giving it two stars because it does manage to get the job done, even though it looks like the designers have never actually used a Mac.

...until the latest upgrade. Too bad I can't go back to the previous version. Tried to convert a video using the automatic brightness/contrast option. Totally blacked out video was the result. Tried to rotate a video, and the output flickered between the original orientation to the selected orientation. It was amusing, but not what I wanted. Their website doesn't show this program, so I'm not sure if it is even supported anymore.
1. Fixed the problem that when you preview and export some files, there's only audio but no image.
2. Improved the conversion stability and speed.
