We’ve had nothing but problems with 10-21 video despite numerous phone calls and emails to tech support. Sadly, this product does not work as described. Extremely frustrating considering it costs in excess of $1000/year for the contract.

I’ve tried using this app multiple times, not only can I not figure out where the videos go, but I’ve tried contacting the developer and they haven’t responded
