Ratings and Reviews
Alerts/Banners on iOS
I think the App is fine. Food is great. But why does app have to send alerts about recruiting people, points, etc so so often. It’s far and away the most noisy, non-social media, app installed on my iPhone. Tone it down.
Needs Work
I order over the phone all the time and when I saw that 1000 degrees what’s getting an app with rewards I was super stocked. Only to moments later being super let down. The app at times is not able to pull up my preferred location and when it does it it says that it’s not available. Other times when everything goes slightly OK, I get to the final moment to process my payment and it kicks me out similar to passengers on United Airlines.
Best Rewards System
I love 1000 Degrees Pizza and their reward system. It is easy to earn free food and they always have specials running. It makes ordering take out or delivery very easy. I highly recommend it!
