Not as good as I remember

I had this app a long time ago and it was great on my 1st gen iPad mini. That iPad eventually broke and it was a while before I finally got my current iPad mini six. I remembered this app and re-downloaded it only to find that it no longer fits the screen of the iPad and hasn’t been updated in four years. It’s a shame because it was a really great app. It’s one of the only ones that doesn’t require a subscription and offers over 1000 pieces. I wish the developer would come back and update this app so that it fits the screen of the iPad because it has so much potential. I also would love to have the tray on the left-hand side of the iPad because I am left-handed.

Great puzzles, but it crashes repeatedly

After losing way too many hard-fought puzzle battles to a crashing app (i play the smallest piece size, so it’s a LOT of progress to lose), I’ve started closing the app after every 10 minutes of playing to save what I have before it can crash on me. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! I’m addicted to the puzzles but this may be what breaks the addiction if not fixed. Not too hopeful as other reviews have complained about this for past 2 years?? (i’ve deleted and reloaded app; still crashes). Using this on an iPad pro12.

New format

Have had this app for many years and have always loved it. Love doing jigsaw puzzles. But, the new format, not so much. Don’t like the pieces on bottom. Prefer the side. The background for the pieces slides around when trying to move from bottom to work puzzle or the screen is never big enough to accommodate the pieces. Therefor, I will have to delete the app I love the most. Seniors do not like change and this was too big of a change. Even send emails asking about this issue and never got a reply. That is poor service. Thank you for the years I enjoyed this app. Wish I could continue, but, you have made it to where I can not work this app with the ease of the other one.
