Just What I Was Looking For!!!

This app is exactly what I needed! I have a workout routine but I really needed a simplified app to keep track of what I get done each day. Plus this app is SO satisfying showing me colors for each group of workouts!! Now I can quickly see at a glance if I’m doing great for the week or need to step up my game!

Awesome Update

Love being able to see my progress each day as I work through the 12 weeks. Adding workouts quickly and now it all saves through iCloud instead of needing to log in. Excellent update!

Daily calendar for full body tracking with clearly defined targeting categories. Subcategories are packed with specifically defined exercise types, especially useful for referencing past workouts to plan future routines accordingly. Daily planning and tracking can help you stay focused.
