The Best!!

I can not say enough about 123Pet! I bought a “distressed” grooming business that was using a worn out index card system... it took time, but I converted everything over to 123Pet and business is great! I love that you can add photos and notes, notes for the receptionist and notes for the grooming and I even have separate notes for my mobile unit. They are very customer friendly and will take the necessary time with you to make sure you can operate everything to make you successful! THANK YOU 123PET!❤️

This has been an awesome app.... BUT

This has been an awesome app.... BUT this latest update has really messed it all up. I went to my first client today and everything was normal, cashed them out just fine; but at the second client it took me 15 minutes to try and get to the pet notes. The most annoying thing about that part is I now have to back out of the ticket all the way just to go in, click on the clients name, then the pet I need notes on (and my second client had 3!). Then there is the checkout issue... that too took me a few minutes looking like at idiot in front of the client trying to get them cashed out... with the way it’s set up now, if you click “credit card”, it does not give you the option of WHICH credit card (Visa, MC, Amex etc), it just stays “credit card. I use Square for my credit card transactions and have to have the amounts with which type of credit card match up, took me 10 minutes to figure out I now have to click “other” and my individual credit card options are there. It’s almost like Daysmart is trying to force you to use their credit card processing company, not a good move.

This new version is not as good

I was not happy while using the app this morning. Reason being is that I always look at previous purchases while booking appointments. So I can see who groomed the pet previously and also to know how much we charged them on previous visits. This option has changed now from previous purchases to previous visits. I need to easily see the price we charged right away. I am now forced to click open the previous ticket to get the price. Or to see any details of other pets on the ticket. Please change this to show the price that was previously charged on the first screen of previous visits.
Second complaint is the view ticket option. There is a void ticket option right below the view ticket option. I have a touch screen phone and I rarely void a ticket from a previous purchase. So I’m worried about accidentally voiding a ticket since it’s right below view ticket.
I love the app and will change my star rating to 5 stars once the previous purchases options are easier to see.
