I love this app. I drive on the tollway fairly often, and the app shows you what locations you’ve gone through a tollway payment station and how much you’ve paid at each location. It also makes it possible to know in advance of your tollway sticker didn’t register a payment so that you can online to pay it. Just an easy way to track your tollway expenses without having to do anything.

Quick toll loading from all states. Easy to find past tolls and the various states. Could be on hold a bit when calling customer service but friendly and helpful when reached.

I am having a hard time finding a record of which cars have gone through which tolls. We are having trouble with one of our transponders and so far I can't figure out what is working and why or why not and it seems that the app should be able to be helpful with that.

I installed the IPass app to look up account information online. The app has all the functionality of the website in an easy to use interface. It is easy to navigate and now I can see current usage and history as well as pending orders. I can also use the app to keep my cars in transponders properly associated and updated. The only question or issue I have is that the app said I had a delinquent toll from two days ago. I chose to manually pay the toll, although I was not sure if the unpaid toll showed up because of a glitch in the payment or because it had just not yet worked through the payment process.

I usually use the toll roads a couple times per year and have been paying by plate the last 3 years (or so)!Last year 2 unexplained $30 charges were made to my credit card about a month after the tolls were paid (from the credit card).I find it very frustrating that I couldn’t talk to a human by phone or resolve the matter by phone or online!Consequently, after I use the Tollway system I wait until I received notification by email or text before enabling my credit card to be charged.Once my credit card is charged, I disable it (so it can’t be charged until I reactivate it).I can only wonder how many people pay extra unexplained (unauthorized) charges, or how much money is stolen!

It takes so long for the system to actually show your tolls, and then they just charge whatever they want whenever they want. I have an email that says my credit card was just charged $5.60 on 7/9, but it’s not reflected in my actual account. According to my account, all of my tolls have been paid. But if I shut it off and they happen to find another toll that I could end up paying a lot more. There’s no rhyme or reason to how or when they charge you.
