The App is exactly what I was looking for...where we’re you 10 years ago? You can’t do it on your own. You need a team. This app keeps you accountable and the workouts are excellent. I see the difference on the course and in my waistband. Don’t forget
your daily motion EVERYDAY it takes 5 min and you will feel great! I can tell the days I miss.
Great daily workouts to improve your golf
The easy to follow Daily Motions and exercises have and will improve your golf game. Even if your not a golfer these will improve your fitness. Great App!!
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded this app and tried to open it. The first screen is a log in screen but no option to register as a new user. The forgot password option won’t work since it doesn’t recognize the email address. It really doesn’t deserve even a 1 star rating if you’re blocked from the very beginning.
