Description
I am 58 and my vision is far from perfect. I have fingers on my hands - not matchsticks, so I designed this keyboard for myself. If you’re under 35 and have no problems with vision, please do not install. You will need it later. But maybe it will be a good lifehack for your parents now.
Eugene Sotnikov, 1C Wearable
This ergonomic keyboard allows using 100% of your phone’s screen for big keys making it indispensable on small screen devices and for fat fingers (100% is not an advertising slogan: it is literally 100%).
This big keyboard preserves your vision and reduces eye strain.
Big keyboard keys are easier to hit – less typos.
The layout of this large keyboard is easy to learn – it’s a QWERTY keyboard smartly compressed into extra large keyboard, what makes it ideal for large hands.
How to install the keyboard:
Open System \"Settings\". Tap General -> Keyboard -> Keyboards -> Add New Keyboard -> 1C Big Keyboard
How to use the keyboard:
1. Hold the "globe" icon in the keyboard to open settings and switch between languages.
2. Tap and hold for diacritical marks.
3. Swipe up to switch into the full screen mode
4. Swipe left or right to switch between the languages selected in settings.

Ratings and Reviews
Needs an Update
Since the last Apple Update, certain keyboard functions are not working properly. For example...a long press on the period button will no longer automatically switch the keyboard to show all symbols. You must now press 123 button whereas before you had a choice. I am also wondering if more symbol pages are missing now too. This next is not an update...but I would love to see more emoji's added. I love it your app and would be lost without it.
Not bad if you need bigger keys
This keyboard isn’t bad if you need bigger keys. But I don’t think it has the auto suggestions at the top of the keyboard. And I wish there were more choices for key layout. I would prefer to see QWERTY in the top row followed by UIOP in the second row, — instead the letters appear slightly scrambled in an alternating way.
The full versions additional settings are worth the $0.99
My hands shake uncontrolably, the first time i used this keyboard i went from 2-3 errors per word to one error every 4 words. Its incredible how easy it is to type on when it looks so different. It may even allow to type blindly for the first timw. The one way it could be improved is if it supported swipe typing
