Stop updating your frekin app!
I’m so annoyed every time I open up the app (I go on it a lot) there’s a new update. Which wouldn’t be a huge problem except for half the time it finishes updating, and the app still tells me it needs to update! Either stop updating weekly, make it so you can still use the outdated version when there’s an update, or actually fix the bug.
In my own personal, non professional opinion, you don’t need to update that often. The app is great, I never have issues with it until there’s an update.
Very Bad Bank
I hate this institution. The app and website are horrible. I go to make a payment on my credit card bill and the payment completely disappears from the pending payments page. I go to payment history and it says it was processed. Nothing changes, and my available credit is still the same as it was before I payed. The money just disappears and I’m left with a payment processed but no payment ever goes through. Then when I think it’s behind me I go to buy something on my regular card and then I get hit with the insufficient funds fee. This bank is a lying institution who basically steals your money. The app either glitches and doesn’t display money or this bank is stealing.

6-7 years now
I’ve rarely had a problem with either the app or company itself in 6-7 years with them. I will say, compared to Discover and American EXP. this app is way worse. Not worse in the sense that it doesn’t work, but there is no sex appeal to this app. See your balance, statement, and are able to make a payment. Boom. Want more ? Go elsewhere, but if you just need that you’ll be fine.
