The retirees can access to tailored services, including pay statements, direct deposits, profile management, training history and generating employment certificates. Ensuring a seamless and connected experience for all users.

We're excited to announce a new update that refines your 1HR Mobile experience with few of bug fixes and minor UX improvements. These enhancements aim to provide a smoother and more intuitive interaction with the app.

Senior Consultant
The system is primitive, slow, and below standard. It lacks essential features. My ID tag is missing, and I cannot access my personal data. Additionally, attempting to open my family link and pay statement result in an error. The guide link doesn't work. Sorry to say that this is below Aramco standard that I know.
Poor Functionality
Several interrupted service and app crashes showing “unauthorized access”!
