Not customer friendly company

This company is not customer friendly. Be carful. If the store your credit card and charged you for renewal for example, the will not refund you even after you notify them within the same hour.

هذة الشركة ليست شركة صديقة للزبون. انتبه حين التعامل معها. اذا الشركة احتفظت ببطاقتك الائتمانية وبعد حصول حسم عليها من قبلهم، لن يتم استرجاع اي مبلغ حتى لو لم تستفيد من خدمتهم وتخبرهم بانك لا ترغب في الاستفادة من الخدمة.

Can’t log in when phone number line allows only 9 digits

Makes no sense when your log in page requires a cell number, which contains 10 digits, onto a line that has a 9 digit capacity, thereby cutting off the final number and preventing a simple login process. REALLY? Are ya kiddin me? WAKE UP PEOPLE ☹️
