The directions given in the app are not accurate. The directions do not state that the account number should be included on the back of the check in order for it to be accepted.

Transfers…To work or Not to work

My auto loan through this financial institution required me to also open a savings account as an “easy” way to transfer funds to pay the note. It’s not a penalty loan if I were to pay off early. However, it seems there is an underlying “cap” on what I can pay per month. I’ve tried paying a larger amount at once to knock the loan balance (from the savings account). Rejected. So, I kept lowering the amount until it accepted. Sweet. I tried doing additional transfers from savings, both the same day and after waiting multiple days between. I’m continuously getting pop up message stating it can’t and to try again later. I’ve even set up transfers for days in advance, with no reprieve. I do this again and again waiting a couple weeks and still the same result. Because of this, interest still accrues on the remaining balance when I’m trying to lower that balance. This is asinine.

Worst app I have ever used!

I didn’t choose 1st advantage to begin with it was the choice of the company I work for. Initial attempts to use the app where fruitless as they were in the process of upgrading. This was supposed to take a few days ended up taking about two weeks. After more than a month and multiple phone calls I’m only able to see debits to my credit card still unable to see payments. Not to mention that although the main app shows that I have the credit card I have to log into a second app to view transactions. Lastly, leaving a review requires choosing a nickname. All nicknames I have tried including “all nicknames are taken” have previously been used. Which probably results in many unsatisfied costumers deciding not to leave a review as they are unable to find a nickname.
